PT ALVASTA TEKNOLOGI is an authorized distributor of world class industrial automation brands such as MOXA, ACTi, Adder, Amit, DrayTek, Planet, etc. We are looking for a young executive to join our dynamic and challenging sales team as a Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationship with clients and overseeing sales
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop rapport relationship with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ needs
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Resolve issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with business objectives
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive within the same or similar industry
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Salary / Benefit:
• Attractive salary package will be given to successful candidate depending on working experience.
• Sales commission based on quarterly KPI bonus up to Rp 10 million each quarter.
• Monthly Transport and Mobile Phone allowance.
