DDR3 ECC XR-DIMM is Innodisk's most robust memory module, designed for mission-critical applications and harsh environments. With its 300-pin socket connector, Innodisk’s DDR3 ECC XR-DIMM exceeds the pin count standard established by the SFF Special Interest Group (SFF-SIG), ensuring a secure and stable connection between the CPU and DRAM module. The series is available in 4GB and 8GB capacities, with transfer rates of 1600MT/s and 1866MT/s.

ECC function is designed to detect and correct single-bit errors that occur during data storage and transmission. ECC modules use Hamming Code or Triple Modular Redundancy for error detection and correction, and manage error corrections on their own, without requesting that the data source resend the original data.
